DKH Mystical Star
2007 bay traditional Irish Sporthorse mare, DKH Mystical Star is by Jaunty Star, (RID Irish Draught stallion with Silver Merit in Eventing. Missy is a super cute easy to handle and keep mare with her tippy ears that she passed to her 2019 filly foal!
She is in foal to Class 1 Epona’s Amhrán Mo Chroí - Irish Draught Stallion for a grade up eligible late spring/early summer 2020 foal. Missy was recently confirmed in foal as a pre-purchase exam on Dec.3rd and should foal between end of June and early August. This foal is most likely going to be tall, dark and handsome!
“Missy” was inspected and Approved with IDSHC this October. Standing a solid 15.3hh, she is easy to handle, breed (AI and live cover), load/haul, foal out, and is a great mom. She is broke to ride and has evented in the past (previous owners). We have not ridden her, so selling as a broodmare at this time.
We are focusing our breeding on our purebreds and riding goals on our started mounts, hence her availability to a great home.
